| | MP3 Troubleshooting | | Where can I get a new installation CD or download a driver? | We have installation CDs and drivers available on Manuals and Downloads page on this Support Section. | | Back to top | | How do I create a MP3 file? | You need to encode (convert) your audio, WAV or WMA files to MP3 files. To do this you will need encoding software and a CD ripper or a software program. | | Back to top | | How do I transfer my MP3 files into the player? | Connect the player to your computer with the USB cable and then Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop your MP3 files from your source folder, into the MP3 player (removable drive). You cannot directly drop a MP3 file from a website to the player. The files need to be saved on your computer first. | | Back to top | | Where do I obtain MP3 files? | MP3 files can be obtained from many websites. Some websites charge for their services. Usually a search for "free MP3" will provide many alternatives. | | Back to top | | Why does my player read "no files" after transfer? | If you get a "no file" notification from the MP3 player, make sure that all the files you are transferring have MP3 extensions.
