HiTT LIMITED WARRANTY
This Warranty is valid only for products purchased in the U.S.
All hitt products come with a warranty and the limitations are as follows:
  • All Security Devices and Baby Monitoring Systems have a one-year warranty.
  • All Digital Photo Frames have a one-year warranty
  • All Flash Memory Cards have a one-year warranty
  • All hands-free and cellular accessories have a ninety-day warranty.
  • All MP3/MP4 players and PMP have a ninety-day warranty.
  • All Handheld-Games and Toys have a ninety-day warranty.
  • All Accessories have a ninety-day warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED?
ZOpid; Inc. dba Hi-Tech Trading USA ("HiTTUSA") warrants, to the original purchaser, that its products will be free from defects in materials, parts, and workmanship for the periods designated in each Product Category, above. The Warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers, during the applicable LABOR Warranty period, the cost of labor to repair your product, along with any new or rebuilt parts required. Should the PARTS Warranty period exceed the LABOR Warranty period,HiTTUSA will supply, without charge for the remainder of the PARTS Warranty, any new or rebuilt replacement parts required by your product. During this time, all necessary labor and service charges become the customer's responsibility. At HiTTUSA's option during any warranty service, your product may be replaced with a new or remanufactured unit, equivalent to your original purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty does NOT cover purchases made outside the United States, nor does it apply if the serial number is altered or removed. It does not cover cosmetic damage, antenna damage or loss, damage to AC power cords, cabin settings, general misuse, mishandling or improper application, accidents, acts of God, repairs attempted by an unauthorized service agent, or damage incurred while the product is being returned to HiTTUSA.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by contacting Customer Support Center by sending email to customersupport@hittusa.com. In your email, include the product's Date of Purchase, its Model Number, a brief description of the problem, and your daytime telephone number.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER. HiTT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
