Is my baby monitor compatible with this new firmware?

Baby monitors purchased after June 2009 are compatible with the new firmware version

How do I determine if the new firmware will work on my baby monitor, if I do not know the purchase date?

The camera and monitor are upgradeable to the newest firmware if:

· The baby monitor (camera and monitor) has Glossy finish OR

· Camera and monitor have a very small white round stickers with letters “8M” on the back OR

· There is System Information option showing the current firmware version under Settings in the Main Menu on the monitor

What do I need to upgrade the firmware on my camera and monitor?

· Computer with Windows XP (NOTE: Software to upgrade firmware DOES NOT work on computers with Windows Vista or 7, or Mac OS X)

· USB cable (included with the baby monitor – it has standard mini 5-pin USB connector)

· New firmware files and instructions

How do I get new firmware?

· To request new firmware files and instructions, email help@hittusa.com the following information with “New firmware request” in the Subject field:

o Copy of Order Confirmation, Invoice or Packing Slip – we need this information to confirm that the current firmware is compatible with the baby monitor

o Also confirm that you have access to a computer with Windows XP
